I will say that I learned valid life lessons and I would not trade any experience I've gone through, no matter how hard they were. With this said many people I confess to about my feelings toward the military is often met with a negative light. Some say you need to get over that type of man because they are all cheaters and scum of the earth. I believe that isn't true !! I have hope that their are a few good men out there standing up for what is right even when it is hard. I trust that there are some men out there in the service that treat a woman with respect and dignity, not as a piece of meat.
I will confess I have ALWAYS been attracted to a man in the military, I don't really know the root of this attraction, they don't even have to be in uniform I can see a man on the street and comment on his looks and find out/observe he is in the military or was at one point. Some say this is a curse, some say that I am still a wounded soul from my past failed relationship. I say that they need love and support too, just as much if not more than a man who works in an office or manages a construction firm. These men are putting there lives at stake for our freedom.. MY freedom, Now I know they chose this "job" and that some say its just a "job" and I agree in part, it is a job ... but its also a job that sends them into harms way on a daily basis to keep our freedoms and liberties safe from those who wish to destroy what we call "The American Way"
Ok so I'm done with my rant, on that lil piece. Back to my original intent for writing today, I love the military ,I like the moving every few years I like the lingo, the inside jokes, everything, I just like that way of life. Honestly I don't know what to do with these feelings, some say I should run as far away as I can from the whole military scene... who am I kidding .. most of the poeple say I should stay away, but I have a strong current toward them....
